Funeral services for Dalton Huff, 14, of Wills Point, were held Friday, Oct. 27, 2017, at Russell Memorial United Methodist Church in Wills Point with Pastor David Cartwright officiating. Interment followed at White Rose Cemetery in under the direction of Allan Fuller Funeral Home.

He passed away Tuesday morning, Oct. 24, 2017, in Wills Point.

He was born Nov. 24, 2002, in Tyler to Jerry Don Huff and Kelli Lynn Davis Huff. He was raised in Wills Point and was currently a freshman at Wills Point High School, Class of 2021. He enjoyed hunting, playing video games, cars and art. He was a member of the F.C.A., J.V. tennis and a select baseball team. He was a member of Russell Memorial United Methodist Church in Wills Point.

Shirley Anita East

Funeral services for Shirley Anita East, 72, of Wills Point, were held Tuesday, Oct. 24, 2017, at Allan Fuller Funeral Home Chapel in Wills Point with Bro. John Lowrey officiating. Interment followed at Union Grove Cemetery north of Wills Point.

She passed away Thursday, Oct. 19, 2017, in Mabank.

Mason Andrew Day

Funeral services for Mason Andrew Day, 86, of Wills Point, were held Sunday, Oct. 22, 2017, at Allan Fuller Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Matt Ward and Bro. Tim Mabe officiating. Interment followed at Locust Grove Cemetery south of Wills Point.

Mr. Day passed away Thursday, Oct. 19, 2017, in Wills Point.

He was born on April 9, 1931, in Colmesneil to Simon Peter Day and Cassie Bell Flowers Day. He was raised in Colmesneil and graduated from Colmesneil High School. He was a veteran of the Army, having served during the Korean conflict. He married Velma Marlene Hegwald June 21, 1958, in El Monte, Calif. He lived in Garland prior to moving to Wills Point in 1971. He was formerly employed by Geotechnical Corporation in Garland, retiring after thirty-one years.

Rebecca Lynn Edwards

Jonathan Gray officiating. Interment followed at Union Grove cemetery north of Wills Point. She passed away Wednesday, Oct. 11, 2017.

Gracie Lou Galla

Funeral services for Gracie Lou Galla, 76, of Wills Point were held Saturday, Oct. 14, 2017, at Allan Fuller Funeral Home Chapel in Wills Point with Bro. Billy Smith and Pastor Doug Ellis officiating.

Interment followed at Corinth Cemetery in Grand Saline.

She was born April 9, 1941 in Denton.

Brenda Wilson

Funeral services for Brenda Joyce Wilson, 75, of Scurry, formerly of Wills Point, were held Sunday, Oct. 15, 2017, at Allan Fuller Funeral Home Chapel in Wills Point.

Interment followed at Mt. Olive Cemetery in Scurry.

Mrs. Wilson passed away Wednesday morning, Oct. 11, 2017, in Scurry.

She was born on Aug. 14, 1942, in Terrell, the daughter of Elias Weldon Honeycutt and Clara Belle Easterly Honeycutt. She was raised in Terrell and graduated from Terrell High School in 1961. On Feb. 13, 1962, she married Paul Wilson in Terrell. She was formerly employed by Kaufman I.S.D. as a teacher’s aide, where she later retired. She enjoyed gardening, watching TV, cheering for the Dallas Cowboys and going to church. She lived in Kaufman prior to moving to Wills Point 10 years ago. She was a member of Victory Baptist Church in Terrell.

Suzann Faye Swan

Graveside services for Suzann Faye Swan, 75, of Lewisville, were held Wednesday, Oct. 11, 2017, at the Dallas/Fort Worth National Cemetery.  Services were under the direction of Allan Fuller Funeral Home in Wills Point.

 She passed away Thursday, Oct. 5, 2017, in Lewisville.

John Mitchell Williams

1942-2017

Funeral services for John Mitchell Williams, 75, of Yantis, were held Friday, Oct. 13, 2017, at Allan Fuller Funeral Home Chapel in Wills Point with the Rev. Mike Calhoun officiating. 

Military graveside service followed at White Rose Cemetery.

Mr. Williams passed away Friday, Oct. 6, 2017, in Quitman.

Don Harrison Plumlee

1935-2017

Funeral services for Don Harrison Plumlee, 81, of Myrtle Springs, were held Tuesday, Oct. 10, 2017, at Allan Fuller Funeral Home Chapel in Wills Point with Bro. Mike Stone and Bro. Brad LaFaver officiating.

Interment followed at I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Quinlan. Mr. Plumlee passed away Saturday, Oct. 7, 2017, at his residence.

He was born Nov. 28, 1935, in Coppell to Weldon Harrison Plumlee and Zelma Faye Simmons Plumlee. He was raised in Coppell where he attended public school.

He married Lola Neal Sept. 9, 1974. They were married 32 years until her death in 2007.

He retired in 1996 as a maintenance supervisor from Dallas County Bus Service.
