Danny Ray Prestridge, 64, of Edgewood, passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2018, at his home.

He was born on May 1, 1954, in Amarillo, to parents, Wesley Prestridge and Lenora McWhorter Prestridge.

Robert (Bob) Blakeborough, 82, of Wills Point, passed away on Saturday, Aug. 18, 2018. He was born on Dec. 5, 1935, in Minneapolis, Minn., to parents Floyd Blakeborough and Margaret Keogh.

He graduated from Edina High School and served in the US Army. On Aug. 13, 1960, he married Nancy Ann Zetzman at St. Peters Catholic Church in Richfield, Minn.

Services for Evelyn Duain Sanders, 81, of Wills Point, were held Thursday, Aug. 23, 2018, at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, with Reverend Lonnie C. Cunigan officiating. Burial followed at Haven of Memories Memorial Park in Canton. Services were under direction of Hiett’s LyBrand Funeral Home in Edgewood.

She passed away Aug. 15, 2018, at her home in Wills Point.

Services for Brenda Joyce “B.J.” Hall Pendleton, 73, of Edgewood, were held Thursday, Aug. 16, 2018, at Cheatham Memorial United Methodist Church in Edgewood. Burial followed at Oak Hill Cemetery in Edgewood. Services were under the direction of Hiett’s LyBrand Funeral Home.

She passed away Tuesday, Aug.14, 2018, at her home in Edgewood.

Memorial service for Shirley Lee Barnes, 89, of Wills Point were held Friday, Aug. 10, 2018, at Allan Fuller Funeral Home Chapel in Wills Point with Mr. Tony Cooper officiating. Interment will be at Bright Star Cemetery north of Wills Point. She passed away early Friday morning, August 3, 2018, in McKinney.
She was born April 3, 1929, in Salina, Kan., the daughter of Frank McCaddon and Cora Lambeth McCaddon.

Services for Kelvin “Don” Baker, 83, of Wills Point, were held Wednesday, Aug. 8, 2018, at First Baptist Church in Wills Point. Burial followed at Oakland Cemetery in Terrell. Services were under the direction of Hiett’s LyBrand Funeral Home. He passed away Friday, Aug. 03, 2018, in Wills Point.

Funeral services for Jeanne Cotten, 64, of Garland, formerly of Wills Point, were held Wednesday, Aug. 8, 2018, at First Baptist Church in Wills Point with Rev. Don Tisdale officiating. Interment was at White Rose Cemetery in Wills Point under the direction of Allan Fuller Funeral Home in Wills Point.
She passed away early Saturday morning, Aug. 4, 2018, at her home in Garland.
She was born March 1, 1954, in Wills Point, the daughter of Blake Furrh and Mary Jo Miller Furrh. She was raised in Wills Point and graduated from Wills Point High School in 1972. She later graduated from East Texas State University in Commerce.

Funeral services for Mary Ervalene Henderson McConnell, 76, of Edgewood, were held Sunday, April 29, 2018, at Hiett’s LyBrand Funeral Home in Edgewood. Burial was at Oak Hill Cemetery.

She was born on Nov. 2, 1941, in Grand Saline, to parents, Henry Ervin Henderson and Cleo Day Henderson. S

Funeral services for Clifton Joe “Cliff” Malone, 85, of Wills Point, were held Friday, April 27, 2018, at Allan Fuller Funeral Home Chapel in Wills Point with Pastor Billy Cooper officiating. Interment was at Harris Chapel Cemetery in Lindale. He passed away Tuesday morning, April 24, 2018, in Canton, surrounded by his family.
He was born April 29, 1932, in Grand Saline, the son of Joe Kelly Malone and Adel Stalling Malone. He was raised in Grand Saline, where he attended public school.

He was a veteran of the United States Army, having served during the Korean War. On Aug. 22, 1953, he married Neva Ann Melvin in Mineola.

Funeral services for Mary Christine (Dunbar) Kidd, 89, of Edgewood, were held Monday, April 30, 2018, at First Baptist Church in Edgewood.  Services were under the direction of Hiett’s LyBrand Funeral Home. She passed away on Thursday, April 26, 2018, in Tyler.

She was born on Christmas Day, Dec. 25, 1928, in Edgewood, to parents, Joseph Marvin Dunbar and Mary Jettie Wilson Dunbar.
