Many blessings

Children from the Methodist Day School recently challenged their friends and family to be a blessing to others by donating items for a blessing box located at the Deen Building (located just south of the railroad tracks on Fourth Street). Organizers behind the year-round effort stated, "The blessing box is for our community. Take what you need, leave what you can. Above all, be blessed!" A second blessing box is located at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church (812 N. Wills St.).
