WPHS Class of 1953 holds 65th celebration
The Wills Point High School Class of 1953 held their 65th reunion at the Lumberyard Café in Edgewood on Saturday, Oct. 13,, 2018.
A total of 28 class members, spouses, and children had signed up to attend, but illness, weather, and distance precluded some from attending.
Those attending the luncheon were Carolyn (Rusk) Hogan; Christie (Crocker) Rahuba and husband, Al; Dot (Harris) Tittle and husband, Ira; James and Romilda (Sealy) Forman, and son, Rickey; Joyce (Dodson) Oldfield; Juardene (Rohus) Harper and husband, Randall; Naomi (McFarland) Caldwell and husband Joe; Patricia (Thurmon) Mitchell; Rebecca (Knight) and husband F.G.; Shirley (Patterson) Valentine and husband, Loyd; and Shirley (Sinclair) Reed.
Special guests were Tommy (Joyce) Hamm (WPHS class of 1954); Bobbie Lou, widow of Billy Joe Rogers; and Maryann, widow of James Sanderson.
