National Night Out set for Oct. 2
The Wills Point Municipal Court and the Wills Point Police Department are proud to announce a National Night Out gathering Oct. 2 from 5-8 p.m. in the grassy area across from City Hall located at 120 N. 5th Street.
National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes the collaborative efforts of courts, city governments, and residents to make Wills Point a safer place to live.
All are welcome to attend this free event! There will be information booths from organizations such as The Flight for Life, the Emergency Management System, the Van Zandt County Emergency Services District #4 and Volunteer Fire Department.
Wills Point Municipal Court staff and Wills Point Police Department staff will be available to answer questions about our roles in the community. Free Child ID kits will be given as long as supplies last. There will be free traffic safety materials and other goodies as well!
Come enjoy free hotdogs, popcorn and drinks. Free parking is available.
