Dr. Kimberly Neiman presented prizes to Mrs. Yarbrough’s kindergarten class after they collected more candy than any other class within the Wills Point ISD during this year’s Sweets for Soldiers campaign. Additionally, Kensli Timmons was awarded a special prize for making the largest individual donation.

For the sixth consecutive year, Dr. Kimberly Neiman, DDS of Wills Point and students from the Wills Point ISD combined their efforts to collect candy for the Sweets for Soldiers campaign.

Winning the overall class challenge this year, which included a prize of Sonic gift cards presented by Dr. Neiman, were students in Mrs. Mary Yarbrough’s kindergarten class at Wills Point Primary.

Kensli Timmons, a student in Mrs. Yarbrough’s class, was presented with a $50 gift card by Dr. Neiman for making the largest individual donation this year.

Prizes were presented to Mrs. Yarbrough’s class Veterans Day (Nov. 11) with Wills Point Mayor Mark Turner taking time out to recognize the students.
