The city of Wills Point moved one step closer to the opening of a McDonald’s to be located at a property located at the intersection of Highway 80 and S. 4th St., holding a signing ceremony for the property Feb. 19. Representatives present for the signing over of the property included Doug Gearing of Gearing Capital Partners, Inc. (the broker for McDonald’s), WP City Administrator Pam Pearson and WP Mayor Mark Turner.
