Buck Wade, Jr. 1926-2015

Funeral services for Buck Wynn “B.W.” Wade Jr., 89, of Wills Point were held Saturday, June 20, 2015, at Hiett’s LyBrand Funeral Home Chapel in Wills Point.  Burial followed at White Rose Cemetery, Wills Point.

Buck Wynn “B.W.” Wade Jr. was born April 11, 1926, in the Morince Community just outside of Edgewood to Buck Wynn Wade Sr. and Bessie Mae Dedmon Wade. He grew up in Edgewood where he attended Edgewood High School. He continued his education attending SMU night classes.  He served in the military during World War II and was a Purple Heart recipient. B.W. was married to Inez Hunt Wade in Dallas on Nov. 19, 1947. They made their home in Dallas before moving to Wills Point in 1989. B.W. was employed as a master electrician, certified for heating and refrigeration at Mercantile Company for fifteen years and Bright Management Company for twenty two years. After retirement B.W. stayed active and enjoyed helping family, friends and neighbors.

B.W. is preceded in death by his parents Buck and Bessie Wade and daughter, Pamela Denise Estes.

He is survived by his wife, Inez Hunt Wade of Wills Point; daughter, Diane Andrae and husband, Don of Auburn, Ala.; three grandsons, Chad Michael Andrae and wife, Mollie of Pensacola, Fla; Todd Wade Andrae and wife, Lauryl of Cataula, Ga; and Cody Chess Wade Estes and wife, Megan of Terrell; son-in-law, Scott Estes of Wills Point; great grandchildren, Luke Andrae, Mollie Sue Andrae and Joseph Rogers and many other relatives and friends.
